MIP Metric Speed Tips

This will be a boring review. These are MIP tools.. What more needs to be said. They are top of the line and fit the heads of screws perfectly. They should last for generations when used correctly. Just wish they came with some sort of holder to keep them together. Other than that they are top notch!

Good fit for a fair price

Me and my son just bolted these up to a 2004 F-150. They arrived in a well boxed and banded 2-box set. The powder coat black finish was applied nicely and looks good. The instructions were lacking on the install side, but were useful to make sure all the brackets, nuts, bolts and washers were all accounted for and there before the install. The install is pretty straight forward as all the bolts, nuts and washers are the same size for mounting the brackets to the truck and mounting the step rails to the brackets. To speed your install along grab a pair of channel loc's or pliers and squeeze the provided nut clips together fairly tight while sorting your parts. Then they will hold themselves in place better and be more aligned to accept the mounting bolts. Grab yourself a 13mm socket and ratchet and have at it. Ours bolted up nice and firm and appear to be pretty decent for the money. You might want to grab a pair of safety glasses to keep the dirt and debris from the bottom of your truck out of your eyes during the install as well...

JConcepts AL Camber Gauge = 5 Stars

This thing just works as advertised. It's super easy to read. Extremely easy to adjust and lock down. Very well made and has a little weight to it so it feels good in your hands. It looks like it will last a very long time. (only setup 1 buggy with it so far.) The included storage case was a plus as well. Don't skimp on a hard to read plastic one. Just get a good one right off the bat and don't look back.
