An absolute gem, great value for the money, would definately give it a go!!!
I absolutely love this book. I have read The Secret and The Power and noticed this notebook by chance. I love the old styling of the book and the little quotes to read. Please note, this is not a reading book though. It is purely a book to write your own Thankyou's inside and i've found it really great. It makes us remember the daily ,maybe small things that we take for granted. In the words of Simon Cowell,"It is what it is." Would recommend to those on the piritual path or into self development.I bought one for my sister;she loves it. Infact,it's her 2nd,she's already filled her first one.

Disappointing read. Lacking any real character
This is the sequel to "Far from the East End" which was a wonderful read about Iris from childhood to marriage at 16 and the hardships she faced. Unfortunately, this follow-up I found a let-down, with none of the charisma, at times humour and emotion of the first book. It's a bland book and you feel none of the sympathy for Iris that you felt in the first as she jumps from one disastrous relationship to another. It may have been what happened to Iris, but in reality, it's not really worthy of being in print! There's no real story there! Shame really as I was so looking forward to the follow up!
