Handy little vacuum

Good product, poor instructions.
The product is fine but the directions are far from fine. They assume a knowledge of the process that makes the instructions confusing. It needs more explanation of the functions of the various keys and clearer directions along the lines of "When you want to _________________ take these steps in this order:____________________________________________. (e.g. to record. to erase, to find an earlier recording, to change the volume). It also needs a better explanation of the symbols on the display.

MIB "Mind in the Boat"
Great, compelling story of a gaggle of nondescript boys fighting unbelievable odds to make it to the Olympics and then taking the gold along with Jesse Owens right in front of Hitler. New understanding of the technicalities and psychology of rowing crew developed page by page.
