Strong,durable,sharp and easy to use.

I had a V-Slicer for over 20 years. It has remained sharp thru it’s life span so I definitely recommend using the guard. My slicer was borrowed and never returned so I replaced it with a new one. I can’t imagine being without. Slices root vegetables like carrots and potatoes with ease and onions can be sliced thin quickly without shedding a tear. Easy to rate this as a 5 star product,
