    Unfortunately the package never arrived, despite the seller sending it. However, upon letting them know, they refunded me my money, as they had run out of stock and couldn’t send me another. Very satisfied with the outcome and in the end I was able to purchase the item directly through the company that makes them. It cost more, but other suppliers seem out of stock too. Thank you!

    For reasons unknown item wasn't received. Contacted the supplier and they were looking into the situation. Supplied contacted me the next day stating he had no idea why item wasn't received. I was refunded the full amount including postage without fuss. I have given this a positive because an item can go astray and there was no drama with the full refund. My only suggestion is that they should use tracking.

    Lies about shipping date and long delays. drop shipped from Amazon, not good communication won’t bother buying from this seller again. Screenshots as proof and still lied. Purchased 25th August (marked as sent 1 sep untracked) Ad says 48 hours to post. Wasn’t shipped until 10th sep (Amazon 1 day shipping)
