Reliable and quick!
I really needed this book ASAP before move-in day. With one email, I was quickly reassured the book would be shipped the next day and would arrive on Tuesday (which it did in mint condition!). This is one of my first buys on Ebay, and I am impressed with how efficient the seller was. I will most definitely buy my books from the seller again if needed in the future.
