  I ordered 4X12 inch magnetic vent covers, was sent 4X10 inch covers. I asked for a refund or the correct size to be sent - was offered a 20% refund because the size did not suit me. The smaller size was useless so I again asked for a refund. They offered a 50% refund and I realised they were no longer selling the size I purchased. I asked again for a refund and they finally obliged. A lack of understand on their side? It was hard work. I would not recommend this ebayer
