Ordered 15th Feb, received April 30th. Read other feedback! After waiting 5 weeks with no change to the tracking, seller claims item was lost by post office and would send another- this claim has been made by several other purchasers. Now that the item has arrived (a month and a half after the trip I had purchased it for) it is exactly as the pictures show, very cute. Nothing wrong with the product itself if you’re not in a hurry.

I have been trying to reach seller and they won’t respond. My backpack never got shipped it just says usps waiting on seller to drop off since December 29. This was supposed to be a gift and my child is very upset. We are having to go through eBay for refund since the seller won’t respond to messages to work it out.
