Cheaply made
My first one was ok. Lost it, so I ordered a second. This one fell apart quickly, so I glued it back together. Also, the volume is quite low. Always trying to turn it up. I ended up ordering a different headset.

just what you would expect
a case by leatherman. works fine. use it to replace my original case.

Poorly made
1 of 1 found this helpful It is comfortable to wear, and the sound is just OK. Louder than my old one. It only fits on your right ear, which is not comfortable for me. The section where the battery attaches came loose, and it swivels around on its own. Makes it difficult to attach to your ear. Each time you call, or someone picks up it bleeps at you, which I find distracting. But it is not expensive, so you get what you pay for.
