It's the real deal!
This SSD works exactly as described: I simply removed the original one in my 13" MacBook Pro (Early 2015) and plopped this bad boy in there. It worked without any issue, booted to a clean install of Catalina, and has ran perfectly since. I primarily use this laptop for running Ableton and Logic, and a previous SSD replacement I used kept causing random laptop freezes and crashes. Not in this case! You will not be disappointed with this purchase.
