Terrible experience. Seller sends broken necklace along with TWO plastic non-vintage items. When I contact seller for a resolution regarding the broken items, they accuse me of breaking them because "I didn't find anything rare." Refused return. Refused even partial refund. Did not apologize for sending broken items and lying in the description. When I filed a case with Ebay, seller offered a 1 cent refund. The true value of these broken plastic items. At least they admitted that much.

As if this couldn't get any worse, after this horrible experience the seller left a negative comment on a positive review (which is against the Ebay User Policy) as retaliation. This has been reported and comment has been removed. Just unbelievable.
