KISS - ALIVE! - VINYL 2LP LP - NEW

best Live album of all time

When Kiss released this live album back in 1975 it was quickly regarded as the best live album of all time. This 2014 released vinyl edition is a double live album which comes in the exact same gate fold as the original. They also reprinted the original small booklet "the evolution of kiss" which is a nice touch. The album includes such kiss classics as "Deuce", "Hotter Than Hell", "Cold Gin" and the best live version of "Rock and Roll All Nite" however my personal favorite is the 11 minute version of '100,000 Years" which includes a cracker of a drum solo by Perer Criss. Rhis is a must for not only Kiss fans but fans of Heavy Rock Music.

Great Album

Kiss Alive II is a great follow up live album to Kiss Alive which in many experts mind is the greatest live album of all time. My only fault with this album is that one side contains new studio material and the songs are not really that crash hot. Back to the live album. Side A kicks off with "Detroit Rock City" and this is the best version of this song ever. Other classic Kiss songs on the album include "Love Gun", "Makin Love", "Christine Sixteen", "Beth" and "Shout it Out Loud". My favorite however is the heavy "God of Thunder' which includes a Peter Criss drum solo in the middle of the song. Awesome stuff!!!! Crank it up, close your eyes and you will automatically go back in time to Kiss live in concert in the mid seventies.
