Bought this phone. It was advertised as unlocked it was not. It was locked into Vodaphone. Asked for a refund no problem. But was refused a refund on my postage as I used Royal Mail recorded delivery. But if I took a replacement phone I could have part refund on the postage. I declined the offer because if I had a problem with the replacement phone sending it back would make me more out of pocket. Buyers beware with these phones.

Hi. It is a shame to have such feedback. I have dealt professionally and politely and show 100% intent to refund your money if the phone has problem. The phone has no problem at all. You have not followed my instructions. For the return postage I proposed to pay fully 8.15£, even I gave no consent to use this service. I proposed to send another unit and you refused and I refunded all the money. I proposed to give you discount of 8.15£ if you make next purchase, which you did not.
