Very beneficial inclusion in my self care regime
1 of 1 found this helpful I am a sole trader horticulturalist so taking care of my self is very important to me. I was looking for some extra methods to add to my recovery after work regime.
I've been using only program 1 for the past two weeks and I have experienced a significant improvement of the toning of my skin, my mobility and posture. I have been alternating between the three feet positions and only doing the standing position.
My leg muscles feel different and I get a sense they are switched on which encourages me to include other exercise activities which I would have previously been too tired to do.
It's not too noisy and I am using it on a rug on a timber floor in an old dual occupancy. It is not too heavy and easy for me to move about and doesn't take up too much room to store.
I highly recommend this product and am telling every body I know about it but get medical approval first and take it slow and easy so you get an understanding how your body is responding.
