Good colourful resource with interesting recipes.
It's a great book, lots of colour and good ideas for recipe's. Easily explained items such as weights and measures, lye calculator and other terms the newbie might need to understand. The only drawback, that I didn't realise when I bought it, is all the measurements are in oz not in grams. Ho hum, can't have it all I suppose.

I'm impressed. this is a great item esp. if you have limited crushing strength and can't use a traditional garlic crusher.
