Buttons not working and not easy to use
It does not match the original. Most used buttons are on this model small and in different location and some not working and hard to press. I’m not so happy.

Not happy with the purchase.
My device does not work. Just when it starts to work it creates some high pitch frequency sound. Its also not easy for a older person to fit and hold into ear. I tried too and it falls. Overall not usable product.
