  Listed as "Like New" but was only "Acceptable" with multiple blemishes and a small tear on the front cover. Contacted seller twice, suggesting the damage occurred in transit and was told he doesn't "control the mail." I then reviewed the original photos closely, confirming the damage was pre-existing, and when I explained the original condition did not match eBay's definition I was told "to read the book and leave him alone." Nasty/dishonest eBayer and my first negative review in over a decade.
