"New" is doubtful
Rather doubtful this is a "New" Samsung product. Some of the problems are: 1) The camera glass cover fell off. 2) The earpiece speaker is loose. 3) The bottom edge of back cover does not snap down all the way. 4) In the process of getting it setup, it went into a boot-loop. Forced to do a factory reset and start over.

Excellent value
Using as a PDA only, for passwords. Encrypt everything and don't ever connect it to the internet.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is still an awesome phone.
