Best chef and book ever!

Vineet is the best Indian chef and this is the best indian cookbook ever written. Not for the amateur cook but recipes are all wonderful. No wonder this book is hard to find. Going to be a rare classic.

Terrific book!

Wow what a gem for Indian seafood. Easy to follow recipes with a 5 star taste. I’ve tried 3 dishes so far and all have been superb. Can’t wait to try more.
