Good sound quality; poor volume controls.

Pros: Comes with carry case. Sound quality is good. Cons: Sound control is difficult to use: try clicking on the volume up or down and it brings up google help instead.

Great tablet with good features and long battery life.

I just bought this tablet (the 9.6" version). I already have other Samsung products, so I was pretty happy to see this available. It's easy to setup and can handle a separate 128gb max SD card for more storage. I've had it on all day a couple of times and the battery was still good. Sound is pretty good also. I was a little disappointed in the weight, though; it seems a little on the heavy side, but I guess that's ok. I also bought a separate case and screen protector for it and found there are plenty of those items available. It's a good value also.I bought the wi-fi only model and it's very fast on the internet. The buttons on the sides for power and sound are a little low and sometimes can be hard to push if you have large fingers like me! All in all, I would highly recommend this tablet.

Cheaply made-hard to assemble brush set.

This window cleaner brush is a cheap piece of plastic that the brush head snaps into. Unfortunately, the brush head didn't snap into the holder easily; I had to keep trying and finally had to bend the holder portion back by itself to fit the head. I immediately returned the brush. I do not recommend this to anyone.
