Although I gave a low rating on description, this seller is wonderful to work with. The item was not in a new condition. The box was damaged and the ends were held together by blue tape. Since this is a gift, i was very disappointed. However, I chose to contact the seller prior to leaving feedback and Heather was phenomenal. Not only did she respond quickly, but we communicated several times and after confirming the contents of the box, she issued a partial refund! I would buy from her again!!
