  Item arrived in good order, I had trouble getting it to work but that was due to my incompetence, The seller was very good and approachable. The monitor needs some TLC as the shaky picture needs to be addressed I think it is an issue with the Termister. But apart from that it is excellent

  Refunded as it didn't work, probably I think damaged in transit due to inadequate packing (Despite postage being £20), see photo below showing no packing under stand and thin 'popped' bubble wrap on top. I'm not sure they've learnt from it as when I wrote:"Thanks very much for the refund. I'm a bit concerned that you haven't acknowledged the inadequate packing. I had hoped you'd learnt a lesson." To which they replied: "We have not had any problems with packaging before."
