  Great communication with the seller, before purchase asked a question and got a prompt response about a part coming with it. He said yes it does, and then when the item came it was missing that part so communicated again and he said he would ship that out immediately. Great shipping, excellent packaging, would definitely do business with again anytime.

  Purchased item 5 weeks ago. Communicated with the seller that he forgot to ship a part and he said he would ship it out and was sorry. That was two weeks ago. Went ahead and left feedback at the time, expecting to get the part soon (that the item does not function without) and I still have not gotten it. I sent another email about it and no response now.
