Great "pick me up" through stressful times
It contains many beneficial supplements that are good for the digestive system. I certainly fell better when I am taking it and I notice that I feel very sluggish when i miss it for a couple of days.
Taken regularly this supplement is definitely a great pick me up as it gives you plenty of energy to get through the stressful periods.
