good service, poor product on this occasion
I bought this because our 4 year old MSI has developed a fault on the hinge wiring, so I thought time to change, came in a box that have done the rounds, slightly scratched but otherwise o.k. worked well at first, then decided to play up with no wireless, nothing could get it to work, sent it back to repairers, but came back in same condition, despite saying they had reseated wireless card,have now sent back and waiting for a refund, it's a gamble, you may get a good one.
no quibble with service, just annoying as have to get another now
