Brian Patten Little Johnny's Confession
This is Brian Patten at his best, excellent poetry about love, life, school, leaving home, childhood, early adulthood, early relationships etc. Patten has a lyrical command of language that encapsulates how you feel at a certain age even if you are now far from that age and also gives you a good feeling of what it was like to live through the changes of the sixties in your adolescence/early adulthood even if like me you are from a different generation.
