MASSIVE HEADACHE DEALING WITH THIS BUYER. Forced to accept a return for an item that was CORRECTLY DESCRIBED and lost all my money and the item as the return was not confirmed or signed for. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID SELLING TO IF YOU CAN

I have requested ebay remove this feedback as it goes against policy. The shoes were lovely but had a very offensive musty odour which meant they could not be worn (I couldn't even have them in the house due to smell). Tried to resolve this amicably/told no returns. The item was returned via ebay request/label etc.. and I am now being blamed for the seller not updating her postal details with ebay. Rest assured I will not be buying from this seller again - very abusive and nasty person.
