    Box and contents inside were NIB. Never opened. Must have been a manufacturing defect. I received box from a VIP movie preview along with 2 others. This was the only one that had this defect. Thank you to the buyer for allowing me to fix the issue. Enjoy! :-)

    The item was listed as “new in box” except the box was missing the cover and therefore the doll was damaged from more exposure to far more dust and debris than would normally happen to an item in an enclosed box. There was no notice to the fact that the stringing for the doll was entirely petrified. The doll’s head fell out of the package when I opened it. The seller claimed that it must have happened in the week since I purchased the doll, but you can see that this stringing has been petrified

    Box never had cover as shown in listing. Top of box has name of product, so that was the top and how it came. FL has had many tornadoes, floodings, storms for the past few weeks. I don't know what happened in transit with mail. Buyer tried to extort money from me and get me to buy her a repair kit. If the doll's head is broken, then how can a repair kit fix it? I still wanted to give her partial money. Took long time for her to open case bc she wouldn't. Ebay stepped in and made this no fault.
