Excellent set of pencils that aren't made in the US anymore
These are amazing pencils. I was a little nervous about buying a set that's probably 25+ years old, however the quality is so far top notch. I have been a lifelong prismacolor lover, but was very disappointed in the changes I noticed in this brand when production got outsourced to another country (Mexico, I believe? Prismacolors used to be made in the USA) so when I saw this vintage set from the 90s I was tickled. I've sharpened some and thus far none seem to be breaking. They were well packaged for the most part, could have maybe used a bit more padding but I'm quite satisfied. Only other thing I can think of is a couple of them got sharpened at the wrong end, which will eventually cause the name of that color to disappear with sharpening. Only 4 pencils were mistakenly sharpened this way though, and I pretty much know the prismacolor palette so it's not a big deal.
