New item arrived damaged and in a soft post bag. Contacted seller and was given an ultimatum to either return the item or accept a partial refund. I was not satisfied and contacted seller and then was told to return the item. I suggest anyone buying off this seller insisted on secure packaging and photos of the item before it has been sent
