Too many arrived dead

I have purchased ladybugs before from various outlets and I fully understand that you are going to get some that arrive dead. That's fine, it's to be expected. However, of the 1500 received I would say over 80% were dead on arrival (temps were in the 70s at my location and I released them same day at dusk). That's unacceptable to me. I don't mean to be harsh, but I was hoping to receive more live ladybugs.
