  When I ordered this rim,I wasn't under thee impression that I was ordering a NEW RIM, but that's exactly what I received. Packaged perfectly to combat damages,it also had protection tape around the edge, and it's SHINNY. but the best part, I was expecting it to arrive in 5 days,but it came in 2.5 days.   Way of shipping and packaging made it susceptible to damage on arrival. Seals were not seated all the way. The air valve was also damaged and would have been unable to keep pressure if tire had been mounted on. Attempt to contact seller was made to reach a resolution but did not get a response within the time frame that eBay does not release funds to seller hence the negative review.
