  I could not update the Harmony 525 (which I purchased after 28/05/25) because v7.7.0 of the online remote software has been discontinued by Logitech meaning any such remotes not updated by 27.05.25 are effectively now, useless bricks. Perhaps the flash non volatile memory chip in a non working remote could be soldered into the newly purchased remote but logitech will not identify the chip. Or better still. purchase a brand new and working SOFABATON U2 for $60 with free delivery - google it
