Do not use to repair an SG-8R20 hub

I bought this to replace the guts of my SG-8R20, which had over 17,000 miles on it. Everything appeared to fit just fine, and it seemed to work. I took it out for a ride, and after about 1 mile, the back wheel made some terrible noises. I walked the bike back home, and when I removed the main piece, lots of little broken pieces fell out. I could never get a definitive answer to whether this was supposed to work in an SG-8R20 shell, so maybe it was not the correct part.
