Steam Mop Floor Cleaner 10 is not operational with the main steam head N.

Steam Mop Floor Cleaner 10 is not operational with the main steam head N. I tried to start using the Steam Mop Floor Cleaner 10 and this is what I found. Instruction manual tell about attaching the steam head: Slide the bottom end of main body onto the steam head N until Steam head Spindle clicks into place. I am trying to do this, however the Spindle click does not happen and the main body cannot fix the Steam head in the working position. This is because the steam head N has a shape that does not meet the hole on the bottom end of main body. The steam pressure will push the steam head N out which is dangerous for the user. This does not happen with the Accessory Adapter G since its head exactly matches the hole on the bottom end of main body. When it is connected, a Steam head Spindle click occurs. See photos. Main steam head N and Accessory Adapter head G have different shapes.
