Shipped on time.

The CPU was inexpensive and shipped on time. Took apart my V3000 laptop and installed the CPU. Would not POST or turn on. Could be that I need to mess with the BIOS, but at this point, I'm probably just going to buy a better PC. Reinstalled the old CPU, everything worked fine again. The CPU may be fine, but it wouldn't work with my PC.
