  Am an on-call employee, purchased a ruiz.tech Samsung phone, went defective 90 days after purchase (Dec 9 2021). Purchased new phone while waiting on ruiz.tech.Credit issuer logged dispute in my behalf. ruiz.tech offered me a refund if I dropped dispute. I have, now I'm told cant refund because the phones value has decreased.YOU BEWARE OF THIS SELLER
