  Seller lied about condition of the item. Adjusted the shoulder straps to the shortest length to hide damage in the pictures. When I contacted the seller they were rude argumentative and accused me of damaging the product! I Sent a picture with one shoulder strap adjusted to match seller photos and the other strap was adjusted to a longer length showing the damage. Shipping was $16 & late. Used this item 2 times now it's going in the trash.
