Great book.
Great book to have for the cold winter. Lots of pictures of the soups made. ( to know if you made it right). Most recipes made with ingredients in hand.

Great book and instructions, I've lost 5 lbs and 4 inches in less than 1 week.
Easy to follow. Just eat right foods and you lose weight and inches. And it's good food and easy to do.
