Stiff hose drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a hoover canister in the past and liked it, so I wanted another one. Negatives about this one is that the hose is way to stiff!! Also, the fan is on top and blows hot air and dust in your face. The roller brush has hard wheels and I don't like using it. Also, the crevice tool is designed in a way that it has no suction at the tip rendering it useless. The good thing are that the motor has multiple speed setting to control suction and the wheel are designed better to move better in all directions. Overall it is worse than my old one.
