Easy to dismantle and store in kayak for portages.
I bought this because a friend was so happy with this product. I've only used it a few times, performed perfectly. At first I didn't secure it closer to the middle of the kayak so it fell off. Once I moved it up toward the center it was much lighter to pull and did not fall off.

2 months and it is still fabulous!
Best oven I've ever had. Use the convection oven all the time. Tops cleans really well. Grease spatters around knobs not as easy to clean. Finally I don't over cook the meat using the temp probe.
