great value
Non-scratchy merino wool, no lengthwise seams (woven as a tube). MSRP is notably lower than the well-known competition (it's a made-in-USA product), and it's even cheaper on eBay.
Fits me well. Tall people (or people with long arms) may find the one-size-fits-most length short. Works for non-ripped (but not skinny) cyclists' arms, may be tight otherwise.

Fits my ankles better than LW's ankle bands
These wrist bands rated to fit up to 9" circumferences fit my 9" circumference ankles better than the LW ankle bands, which are rated to fit 8"–13" circumference.
Comments from fellow cyclists say they are very visible in daylight, and also reflect car headlights extremely well in the dark.

good open-box deal
Good price on an open-box item. No significant blemishes, everything appears to work, battery seems healthy. Box had a little grime and scuffing on it, which is fine. Charger is a generic, not Apple, but that's fine too.
