Great inexpensive safety razor

This is an extremely comfortable and reasonably efficient safety razor. Very lightweight, which for me is a plus. If you're just starting with safety razor or if you have extra-sensitive skin or occasionally need to give it a rest from razor burn I highly recommend this. One thing: the two-piece design makes the head a bit more vulnerable to being snapped off e.g. during travel (I haven't tried traveling with it myself). Other than that, I bought a pair 2 or 3 years ago & am still using the first one. The blades are just so-so, you might want to look for sharper ones.

Seems good quality but I can't recommend it for use with Android

Build quality seems reasonably good. Design is in some respects pretty bad. The receiver's spoken and beeped messages are painfully loud. I have to turn the volume on my phone down most of the way for the media to be at a comfortable volume, which given the large volume steps used by Android means that my choices are barely audible or uncomfortably loud. Maybe it would work better with iOS?
