    item didn't ship till after promised delivery date. contacted seller, no response for days to which they offered a partial refund that I never received. shipping cost was really high seeing as it was only traveling one state over and weighed less than 1lb. wouldn't recommend this seller if you need your purchase on any timeframe.

MAGNUS Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver For Toyota Highlander

Solid product, worked great!
Didn't realize this was a 3-piece hitch (I thought this and others were 1-piece), but it went together easily and the only trouble I had was raising it up to line up to the frame holes under the car (used a car jack and jackstands). We used it with a cargo carrier to hold a medium-sized cooler and our camping gear for a 200-mile drive to the Dells and back, for which it worked great! We also plan to use it with a hitch-mounted bike carrier. I don't have plans to tow with this, as our car is old and only has a 3500-lb towing capacity. Though I wasn't crazy about the look of the exposed bolts, the gloss-black paint and angular design did look better than most of the other hitches I saw on similar cars (04-09 Lexus RX330/350/400h).

Nice product, installation guide could use some refinement and tips
The kit makes it fairly easy to install and use, even if you don't have any tools of your own (I used a power drill to make the job easier & faster). All parts look high quality and well-finished. However: 1) The hook on the end of the "fish tape" broke after the first use 2) The first hole I made was too close to the power conduit so I had to make another one (= extra unused hole in my freshly painted wall!) 3) You have to undo and remove both grommets to run another cable through 4) If you loosen the screws too much that hold the grommet to the wall, you can easily lose the "arm" that holds it in place. #2 is mostly on me, but it would be really nice if they put tips or warnings about these things in the installation guide!!

Bulky but works well
Needed something to hold my broken remote key together but didn't want to superglue it. This case did the trick. Fits snugly but is flexible and seems durable. Makes the key look a little cartoonish but if I had this on before, it would have protected the key from breaking in the first place. Great value, seems like good quality for the price.
