I bought this for my boyfriend who wasn't tracking any of his activities. At first, he found it kinda hard to use, but after 2 weeks, he understands the logic behind all the buttons and what not. I'm sure it's been a learning curve to understand how to make data screens for each activity, but once you figure that out, you're good to go. Overall, would def recommend.
