Samsung Xpress M2020W Laser Printer
1 of 1 found this helpful The M2020W does what is expected of it. The support software does seem slow and cumbersome, but it does work most of the time.
The printer is installed via a wireless connection to a small network of Windows 7 and a few XP computers along with three other printers. The wireless software is outstanding.
Samsung evidently has tried to provide a one size fits all driver, status monitor and page set up software. The result is slow, bulky and sometime perplexing.

Good product
The mixer is made of cast iron and should last forever.
