Another Anne Perry Classic
As always, Anne Perry presented a masterful Victorian era mystery that is unparalleled. I personally rank her with the best of the best... Agatha Christie and Mary Roberts Rinehart and even Arthur Conan Doyle.
The way she articulates the feel of the time period; the aura and essence of it, is astonishing. Not only do I feel like I'm there but, and even more impressively, as though Anne Perry herself is there writing from first hand observation. I collect mystery novels and I have thousands of them, and I must say Anne Perry is exquisite and I am proud to say I own each and all of her novels.
