Good workout
Very good workout, easy to do 5 times a week. It focuses mostly on three muscle groups, arms, core, and legs. There is a 5 minute cardio warm up and cool down. Sometimes the movements are not recorded and I have to adjust my controller, but it picks up count pretty quick. You wont lose a lot of weight quickly, but the workout is not excessively hard and you will be able to do it 5 times a week easily.

So much better when you see it in person
It is taller than I thought it would be. I put on a sea foam color shade to give it more color and I couldn't be more happy with the product!!

I had to repair it, but it is perfect after I was done
I opened the box and one of the bottom legs had a crack in it. I glued it together and tied a belt around it to hold the pieces together. After the glue set, I put the stand together on my own and it is just as I expected, but with a repair of course.
