Works fine, but...

Works fine. Plug at the end of the cable (that plugs into scanner jack) is not shown in picture, I think on purpose. Product description says " Replacement Uniden Home Patrol 1 adaptor power supply." It doesn't mention that the plug at the end of the cable does not fit the scanner jack unless the (included) adaptor is used. This makes for an ungainly connection that sticks way out from the side of the scanner.
