This hoodie arrived entirely different and described from what was pictured. As I knew this may have been a mistake made by them, I went and contacted the seller. When I had contacted the seller about this issue, he did not acknowledge his wrong doings and continued with being rude and provided terrible customer service. This is not a reliable place to make large investments and expect good services when a mistake is found. I will never and recommend others to not trust this seller.

After a bit of hesitation to believe the item was wrongly measured on our end, I eventually acknowledged with this buyer that the measurements were off by ~ 1 inch in length and width. At this time I offered the buyer a partial refund of $20 or refund with return of product, at this point the buyer was upset and started calling us names, asking for more partial refund and contacting us on our personal social media accounts. We understand we made a mistake and tried to make up for our wrong doing
